Cherish able care provides high quality home care services tailored to meet individual needs in the community to those who require extra care and assistance to enable them to remain as independent as possible in the comfort of their own homes.
We provide our service in your own home, at times convenient to you, and in ways you find most agreeable. Cherish able care will work with you, your family and friends and all other multidisciplinary teams involved in your care to ensure that we deliver care that is safe efficient reliable and effective to your individual need. Central to these is our belief that the privacy, dignity, choices and rights of service users are paramount.
Our main objective is to provide the highest quality of care that is reliable efficient safe flexible and effective to the service user needs and accommodates their individual choices and lifestyle. We can assist with all aspects of daily living, such as personal care, domestic support, supported living, support work, outings, respite care, night sitter, palliative/end of life care and live in and 24 hour care.
Cherish Able Care is registered and therefore licensed to provide services by the Care Quality Commission (Provider ID: 1-389587494). We also subscribe to the General Social Care Council Code of Conduct.
