Supported Living

Our supported Living services are designed to provide specialised individual support to assist adults from the age of 18 and over to be productive members of society and live as independent life as possible.

Our dedicated support team of fully trained support workers can provide supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, dementia, mental health needs, sensory impairments, autism and Asperger’s.

We can provide support on a respite basis or on permanent arrangement from 1 hour a week, overnight support or 24 hours a day with the following:

• Finance and budget
• Shopping
• Cleaning
• Personal care
• Access to the community facilities
• Communication needs
• Health care services
• Corresponding to mail
• Physical and emotional support
• Healthy living
• Meal preparation
• Medication support

Our dedicated supported living staff will support you to liaise with local authorities who might be able to help with funding following a care assessment.
