We have a dedicated palliative care team who work closely with CHC professionals and multidisciplinary teams to arrange and deliver effective end of life care to our patients.

Our palliative care workers are highly trained, they regularly work alongside Macmillan nurses and district nurses to maintain patients comfort and dignity in the latter stages of life.
